Jordan Power Equipment is committed to your satisfaction. Please review the following policy carefully before initiating a return. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Return Window
All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition — equipment must show no signs of use, wear, installation, or operation.
- In original packaging where applicable — all original boxes, protective materials, manuals, and accessories must be included and intact.
Items that have been used, assembled, installed, or are missing original packaging may be refused or subject to additional deductions at Jordan Power Equipment's discretion.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers the cost of inspection, repackaging, and processing.
Shipping Costs
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Jordan Power Equipment does not provide prepaid return labels. We strongly recommend shipping returns via a carrier that offers tracking and insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, less the applicable 20% restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Special-order or custom-configured equipment
- Items explicitly marked as final sale at time of purchase
- Parts or consumables that have been opened or used
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our team before shipping any return. Do not ship items back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns may be refused.
