Description

The Blastrac BMG 2200RC is a heavy duty, ride-on floor grinding machine that is optimal for large horizontal surfaces and equipped with convenient remote control operation. The machine has two drive wheels fitted at the front and a swivel castor at the back that makes it easy to manoeuvre on and off jobsites. The operator sits in a comfortable seat with arm rests on both sides. Joysticks, push buttons and a touch screen offer effective and ergonomic operation.

Each of the three powerful planetary grinding heads operate individually and deliver maximum coverage with effective distribution of grinding pressure on every head. Variable grinding speed, control of rotation direction and an independent suspension system are fitted as standard. The variable grinding pressure makes the BMG 2200RC a perfect match for every job. The machine features a powerful, integrated dust collecting system with HEPA 14 filters (which comply with OSHA regulations). This heavy duty system has an automatic pulse filter cleaning system, a Longopac® bagging system and a pre-separator is provided as standard.
